The new paradigm of Industry 4.0 is rapidly spreading worldwide. There is a need for managing human capital effectively in parallel to Industry 4.0. Furthermore, the importance of technology in green or environmental management opens a new debate for the policy makers in order to promote green management practices to mitigate high mass carbon emissions across the globe. In this sense, Managing Human Capital in the Digital Era Module is published for the future-proofing set of competences, education, well-being and innovation that may support the workforce to cope with the Industry 4.0 paradigm for sustainable development. The main objective of this module is to develop workforce for digital era. Five main topics covered in this module, namely: (1) Overview of human resource management, (2) Green human resource management, (3) Talent management, (4) Coaching, and (5) Employee green behaviour. This module is designed that is suitable to all employers, employees, practitioners, researchers, and individuals as well as students in higher learning institutions. Future workforce will need to be highly adaptable, resourceful, resilient and interdisciplinary for interaction and collaboration in the industrial market. Human capital will have significant participation in the work and will undergo a redirection of jobs and learning. Thus, the implementation of green management practices in the organization is imperative for achieving long-term sustainable growth in a country.
